This week I’m sharing my review on Nailuv Gel Nails Kit that you can do from the comfort of your own home at your own time.  I love getting my nails done but they can add up so it’s quite costly.  I heard about gel nails for a while and decided to give it a try at the salon a few months ago.  Needless to say I was very disappointed because the polish started to peel off a week later.  So I was paying a lot more money for gel polish that lasted the same amount of time as traditional polish.  That economically did not make sense to me so I stopped getting gel nails done.   When Nailuv contacted me I was hesitant about doing the review because I lost faith in gel nails and not sure if I could trust them again.  I gave it some thought and decided to go ahead and give them a try.  Here’s my take about this gel nails kit from Nailuv.

The Claim:

They offer high-gloss, chip-proof, long-wearing gel nail manicures that are as easy to apply as putting on regular nail polish. Their mission is to provide the most eye-catching, high quality choices for gel nails at home or for use by salon professionals.

Mama’s Take:

For the past couple weeks the Nailuv gel polish on my nails stayed intact and shiny.  I’ve been doing dishes without gloves and basically washing my hands and fingers for every chore and activity.  Still stay intact as I write this post.  The kit is very affordable ($125) and the instructions are very easy to follow.  The kit includes 1 Dual Basecoat/Topcoat Gel Nail Polish,1 Gel Nail Polish Bonder, 1 Gel Nail Polish Cleanser, 1 Gel Nail Polish Remover, 1 buffer, 1 nail stick, 1 Homebody Not Gel Nail Polish and 1 LED 4 wat Lamp.  I love the fact that the heart-shaped lamp is LED and not UV (I don’t care what other people said…UV is UV!). Nailuv also has a collection of different colors at affordable prices.  In my opinion, they have accomplished their mission because these nails are eye-catching and high quality!
