Happy Monday everyone! Are you ready for Christmas that is just days away?
I’m done shopping for gifts but I tend to procrastinate when it comes to gift wrapping even though this process is my favorite part of the Christmas celebration…funny isn’t it? Gift wrapping is therapeutic for me. I can sit all day and just wrap gifts.
Today I’m excited to share a company called Elizabeth & Clarke that was recently introduced to me. They sell quality designer clothes delivered to your doorstep each season for $30 or less. When I heard about that it certainly sparked my interest. Given my busy schedule with work and raising my twins, I do my shopping online 90% of the time and I always gravitate toward bargain sales in designer quality. So how does this Elziabeth & Clarke work? They design, develop, and manufacture their own line of basics. Get this…they use the same factories as the big designer brands in most cases. They sell their collection online, eliminating the middleman and the need for expensive physical stores. Thus, great-quality $30 blouses!
I was totally on board when I was contacted by them and gave my sizing to see what they will send me for their Winter box. I was a bit nervous at first because I always like to select a piece out of the collection ahead of time so that I can prepare to coordinate an outfit. When the Winter box arrived with 3 tops (The Bronte, The Swan and The Williams) I was head over heels with them. They ARE designer quality! Because these items are quality basics it was not too difficult to put an outfit together for each piece. The Bronte is sleeveless with two-tier design and super high neckline. This top looks fabulous with a pencil skirt or skinny jeans. The Swan is the ideal comfy-chic sweater to get you through those cold winter months. The Williams is very chic with asymmetrical hem that keeps you comfortable while staying stylish.
For this post I’m showing how I worn “The Williams” & “The Swan” tops. So what happened to “The Bronte” outfit? Well, when I tried to retrieve the photos from my memory card my system couldn’t read the drive at all. It turned out that memory card was corrupted so all “The Bronte” outfit photos were completely wiped out. I promise I will recreate that outfit later this week and share with you all.
