Today’s post is about GATsBY Moving Rubber series hair styling product review.

The Claim:

The GATsBY MOVING RUBBER series was developed in collaboration with Japan’s top hairstylists in 2006.  The MOVING RUBBER series was born so your ideal look can finally be possible. Their unique product was designed to create a maximum hold and moveable texture allowing you to reshape your style throughout the day.   They have seven items to suit your style so that you can get the hairstyle you want, from very short, medium, to very long.  With this product it allows restyling of hair.  You can reshape your look as many times as needed throughout the day, with no more sticky messes.

Expert Opinion:

Wax is so easy to use that it makes every day styling possible. It has a strong setting power and flexible movability allowing you to easily create your desired look. Wax is simple to apply even for beginners and so-called “lazy” people.  Hair wax won’t harden like gel or mousse so you can get a more elaborate look that will last longer. And now without the stiffness, you can even restyle your hair after only applying the wax once. This means you can easily rearrange your hairstyle to match all situations throughout the day.

Mama’s Take:

I’ve been using the GATsBY Spiky Edge, Wild Shake, and Air Rise on the boys for the past few weeks now.  I have never put any hairstyling products on the boys before but always wanted to look for something that is easy to style and not too messy that requires a lot of clean up.  The boys’ hair texture is not as coarse as my Asian hair but they are very very straight, so styling becomes a challenge at times.  When I was sent these products to review I was very hopeful.  I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but something practical and ease of use.  Their products delivered!  I love the colorful packaging.  Each color represents a certain styling technique.  I was able to rub them onto my palms and then onto the boys’ hair, which took a very short amount of time to style.  That’s a huge plus for this busy Mama.  Their products are made in Japan but you can purchase them at Amazon here for less than $10 a bottle.
