Happy Halloween everyone!

Hubby and I are frequent travelers.  I should say were!  Well, since having the boys traveling has taken a back seat.  Now that they are much older we are talking about traveling again.  In fact, we just booked a family vacation for December!!!

I love my jewelry and try to bring as many as I could whenever I travel.  We travel very light. Some may argue that it is to the extreme.  We would only bring 1 carry on for the 4 of us if we could!  I know that there’s a limit when it comes to packing for the whole family.  However this mama loves her jewelry and wants to bring them all with her.  I understand and accept the fact that it is virtually impossible to bring everything with you.  However, there are a few staple statement pieces that I don’t ever leave home without. I tend to put them in my jewelry pouch BUT sometimes my necklaces get tangled and it would frustrate me.

When I was contacted to review this jewelry travel box from Lori Leigh Designs I was super excited.  A while ago I was searching for a jewelry travel box but they were either too expensive or too bulky or too small.  The search sort of fell off the radar pre and post pregnancy.  I chose the Seaside Blue Traveler because it looked elegant and strong with lots of storage capacity.  When the jewelry box arrived I knew I had I selected the right one.  This jewelry box comes with one interchangeable earring tray in addition to two soft pouch pockets specially designed to hold bracelets, necklaces, rings, etc.  With this box I know I don’t have to worry about my jewelry getting tangled again.

I was planning to use this for my business travel a couple weeks ago but didn’t because I hardly wore any jewelry for the trip {I tend to keep my jewelry very light when it comes to business}.  However, I recently did a test run by fitting most of my favorite pieces!  The box slid right in my suitcase without hogging any space.  I was also able to fit this in my carry on.  This jewelry box is definitely made for travelers.  I can’t wait to use this for our up coming family trip.  In the meantime it is sitting in my closet as a home for my jewelry until it accompanies me on my next travel and many more to come.
