Happy Hump day everyone!

I’ve been getting emails and feedback from readers, friends and family on how to incorporate trendy pieces into their business attire without spending a lot of money, yet still manage to look chic at the same time. That got me excited to start a new series to respond to their questions and needs.

Each week, I will locate a versatile trendy item and incorporate the piece into an existing wardrobe to transform the outfit into business chic ensemble that is appropriate for an office setting. To kick off this series, I have selected the knitted pearl embellished sweater from Topshop as my inspiration.

I love this color and the embellishment on the shoulder makes the sweater not too stern and stiff looking in a typical business attire.
