How health conscious are you?  How do you define health conscious to begin with?  According to the Wiktionary, health conscious describes an attitude in which one has an awareness of the healthiness of one’s diet and lifestyle.   My family & I are considered to be the health conscious type; not so much with my kids because they don’t know any better.  They just go along with the ride.  Not only do we eat a balanced meal 3 times a day that consists of organic grains, beans, nuts and wild fish but we also exercise regularly.  We even invested in a really good water filtration system so that we don’t ingest chlorine, chromium, copper, lead and other toxic stuff.  Some people may think that is extreme but to us that’s a healthy living lifestyle that we choose.   What we don’t have is a water filtration system for our shower.  Do we need it?  Will this benefit us health wise?  That’s when I discovered Aroma Sense’s Luxury Shower Head and here’s my take on it:

It usually takes a couple weeks or a month to test a product in order to review it.  But after 5 minutes I was able to test this instantaneously.  Yes, it is and here’s why.  A couple weeks ago my son, Dante, came down with stomach flu.  The virus was then passed over to hubby and then to me.  Alexander did not get hit at all and I think it’s the organic probiotic yogurt smoothie that he drinks every day!  So, what does this flu have to do with this shower head?
