Have you heard of the 7-Minute Workout? Ever since The Scientific 7 Minute Workout published by the New York Times last year everyone was talking and tweeting about it. I didn’t hear about it until a couple weeks ago when I was talking to a friend of mine who had tried it. The 7-Minute Workout app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and it’s free. Once downloaded you can take this workout app with you wherever you go.
In 7 minutes this app will kick your butt and elevate your heart like no other workouts. It did that to me and not only did I sweat like a hog but my cheeks were full on pink for at least an hour. It’s a great workout for people like me who doesn’t like to run but get a full cardio benefits in 7 minutes as opposed to 45. If you have tried this I’d love to know your thoughts. If you haven’t i’ts worth a try since it doesn’t cost anything and you can do it from the comfort of your home or anywhere!

This is awesome, I might just have to try this. I do a lot of cardio (mostly running and kickboxing) but I need to amp up my strength training. I wonder if 7 minutes is really a sufficient workout though. I think it’s a good supplement to a more extensive workout routine, but probably not good as the only workout.

I have yet to try this but I think if you can do 2 to 3 sets of this at once you would be all set!
I try to “workout” every second day in the morning for 10 – 20 minutes. I can’t seem to dedicate more than 20 minutes, because …well…I just don’t want to!
needless to say I’m going to download this app and do this TONIGHT!
