I drink socially and love it. I love having a glass of red wine (Malbec is my all time fav!) with my meal, especially for dinner. Not only do I love that buzz feeling but also the antioxidant benefits that come with it. According to a study conducted by Yale-New Have Hospital, enjoying a glass of red wine with dinner each evening is beneficial to your health. The scientists believe the antioxidants called flavonoids can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. The antioxidants may even inhibit tumor development in some cancers as well as helpful in the treatment of neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. And also according to this study conducted by Live Science, drinking 1 glass of wine improves your looks.
