Figs with Goat Cheese

I’ve been running around Los Angeles twins in tow, with parks, museums, beaches, multiple short trips to Vegas and hiking on the agenda. Later next week, when I am in denial about school starting for the twins, I’d like to do nothing but slowly ingest these fresh figs with goat cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This recipe takes seconds to whip up whether you have kids or not. Now that’s indulgence!
