We are an active family. We try to be out and about in the summer with the twins and do a lot of family activities together; swimming at least once a week, picnicing at least twice a month, hiking at least once a month, trips to the park at least twice a week, walking after dinner almost every night, and occasional beach visits. Yes, there are natural ways to prevent bug bites like wearing loose fitting, long-sleeve clothing in muted colors, wear socks and shoes instead of sandals.
