Pomegranate Mango Vodka Popsicles

Pomegranate is in season, at least that’s what my neighbor’s Pomegrate tree tells me. Each year she picks this fruit and distribute them to all the neighbors on the same block. This year is no exception. We received a bag full of delicious pomegranates a few days ago and I couldn’t help but to start looking for pomegranate recipes in Pinterest for inspiration.
When I came across these mango-pomegranate vodka popsicles I couldn’t help but feel compel to share with you. I have a potluck dinner with scotch tasting + cuban cigars with my girlfriends and their spouses this weekend and these would fit the dessert dish that I said I would bring. Now that’s a perfect potluck indulgence to share.
