I don’t have a sweet tooth but when it comes to desserts I do have a weakness; chocolate souffle from Roy’s (no, I tried every souffle at every restaurant I have ever dined and Roy’s is the best in my opinion). It was love at first bite 15 years ago and I’ve been a Roy’s chocolate souffle addict since. If you plan to visit Roy’s and want to try their chocolate souffle make sure you order it first because it takes 45 minutes to prepare.
Since my mother-in-law is visiting us next week I think I will try to replicate Roy’s chocolate souffle with this exact recipe. Now that’s a simple indulgence that our entire family can enjoy.
