With the holidays just around the corner sometimes we forget how exhausting this festive time of year can be. Although I do not need to cook up a storm for a Thanksgiving feast for our family and friends I do join in on the action to help.
One might want to take a few extra long moments to recharge leading up to such occasions as the end-of-year holiday season because you will need it! For me, aside from taking more baths than usual, my all time favorite way to recharge is to curl up in front of a fireplace with a glass of wine or a cup of hot chocolate. This is something I do regularly in fall and winter to stay warm and cozy while recharging at the same time. Always make time for yourself because trust me it will benefit everyone at the end.
