I love my current beauty routine but once in a while I do like to change it up. Mostly because I love trying out other products. One of the exciting things about being a lifestyle blogger is that I get a lot of request to review different products. Lately, I’ve been selective about what I want to review due to my busy schedule. As always, I would only review the product if it is aligned with my blog’s aesthetic.
One of the brands that I couldn’t say no when an opportunity presented itself to me is Aveeno. I was recently invited to join the AVEENO® Blogger Ambassador Network where I get to be among the first to receive brand news so that I can share with you.
In case you have not heard of AVEENO®, they are known to offer products to treat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatits, chicken pox, hives, and sunburn.
I used the baby Aveeno diaper rash cream on my twins throughout their diaper stage as needed. I also used their Baby Aveeno shampoo to bath them – I still do! So the ambassador network program is a natural fit in my opinion.
This week I am excited to share that Aveeno has captured the benefits of blackberry in formulas that work to enhance the healthy, youthful appearance of skin with the new Absolutely Ageless collection. I’ve been using these products for the past couple weeks and here’s my take on them.

Claim: Clinically proven to help reduce the visible effects of elastin and collagen loss to keep skin looking younger, longer. It is hypoallergenic and non-greasy, so it won’t clog pores.

My Take: This light and airy cream leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. It does not leave any greasy feeling but a nice scent on my face.
AVEENO® ABSOLUTELY AGELESS™DAILY MOISTURIZER WITH SUNSCREEN BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 30
Claim: This anti-aging daily moisturizer with sunscreen contains ACTIVE NATURALS® Blackberry Complex infused with vitamins, antioxidants, and powerful anti-aging ingredients to keep skin looking younger, longer. The dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic formula is non-greasy and won’t clog pores.

My Take: I’m an SPF fanatic so when I saw this product I jumped up, down and sideways. This product has an amazing smell too. Just like the night cream it does not feel greasy and makes my skin feel incredibly soft and smooth.
AVEENO® ABSOLUTELY AGELESS™NOURISHING CLEANSER
Claim: This hydrating anti-aging cleanser formula removes 99 percent of skin-aging impurities, like dirt, oil, and makeup. It’s also clinically proven to help preserve the skin’s natural moisture barrier. My Take: I love this cleanser. It is lightweight and completely removes all my makeup (eye makeup included). My face does not feel dry or tight after. It just feels clean and soft.

My Take: I love serums in general and this one is no exception. It is very light and feels great on my skin. I mix a couple drops with my foundation to get that dewy glow and I love it!

My Take: I am very careful when it comes to eye creams or eye gels because my under eye area tends to develop milia if the cream is heavy. The texture of this eye cream is lightweight and it’s been two weeks and no milia in sight 🙂 My under eye area is not as puffy either. So happy that I no longer need to apply an extra layer of concealer!!!
My overall experience with the AVEENO®Absolutely Ageless™ collection is positive. I also want to share that my husband absolutely loves the moisturizer and the eye cream. His skin is more sensitive than mine. Most recently, his face broke out in hives from film makeup. He noticed a remarkable change the next day after applying just the moisturizer. If you also want to try (and I highly recommend it) you can purchase them at food, drug and mass merchandisers nationwide.
