This month I’m sharing a skincare product that I think it is worth the investment. the jade roller. Yes, you heard that right, a light green tool that’s reminiscent of a beautified paint roller made out of jade. If you are following me on Instagram Stories then you have seen me using a jade device rolling from my temples to my chin. So what are the benefits of this device and what does this do for the skin?
Although it is not scientifically proven this device is meant for you to reap skin tightening benefits from draining excess fluids from the face as well as to help skin care products better absorb into the skin to promote firmness and elasticity.
When I first saw this roller on my Instagram feed I was intrigued. I saw a lot of women with beautiful skin using this and thought to myself that this must work. Because I love to try new products I wanted to try this jade roller on my skin. Sadly, I wasn’t able to buy it until a few months later because believe it or not it was sold out everywhere. I got tired of searching for it and forgot about it. Then a few months later I saw this device available online while I was getting my eyebrow pencil. I haven’t stopped using it since.
This device is so easy to use. All you need to do is roll it over your forehead and everywhere else on your face after applying moisturizer. This helps the skin to absorb the products better.
It’s been a few months now and I personally love rolling with the jade roller because it feels meditative to me. I’m also not very good at doing any facial exercises so this device is kind of like a dumbbell for my face muscles? It’s also affordable at $30 which can last a lifetime. And for these reasons, I feel that this is one of the best investments for my skin.
