Welcome to week 10 of my Spring Capsule Collection Outfit Remix series. I can’t believe we are in mid-April already and I’m just starting to soak in the beautiful weather here in LA. Spring is my second favorite season of the year following fall. As mentioned here, I had a shopping relapse and bought this floral dress.
As a busy mom of twin boys, I love wearing clothes that are easy to put on, move freely but still look stylish and chic without worrying about dirt or grease. This dress fits the bill. I absolutely LOVE the material. Although it is made of polyester (not a big fan of polyester btw) but the organza material looks and feel expensive. The length was quite long for my height so I had to cut 6 inches off; didn’t have to hem…just cut and wear! I chose not to wear the scarf that came with the dress because it overwhelmed my petite frame!
Overall, this dress is affordable but expensive looking. I can wear this dress to a wedding, brunch, theatre, movie, or just alfresco dining. You can wrap yourself with this scarf for that romantic look or go casual chic with this denim jacket. And, need I say more about these sandals from the collection? Versatile, comfortable, and stylish…a keeper and many more outfit remix contributions for months if not years to come!
