We can all agree that not all beauty products are created equal, especially when it comes to shampoos and conditioners. There are so many out there, but finding which type of the product that’s right for your hair requires a lot of testing and reviewing. Well, consider me as your hair guinea pig. You all know by now that I’m a beauty junkie. I’ve done my fair share of reviewing and using different products from makeup to hair.
After my Las Vegas trip over the weekend I think I may have found my new go-to shampoo and conditioner! Before I get to the Vegas trip, let’s talk about my hair. I have the typical Asian hair; coarse, thick (in strand) and greasy. I dye my hair every 6 weeks, blow dry and curl my hair with hot curling iron almost daily. Yes, my hair takes a lot of beating and needs a lot of tender loving care. Oh, did I mention that after the birth of my twins, my hair texture changed from normal greasy to limp and dry with greasy scalp?
Not sure how much you know about the Vegas environment but being a former resident for 7+ years I think I know a thing or two about the harsh weather, the extremely dry air, and the exceptionally hard water that is not very hair and skin friendly.
If you are following me via Instagram then you know that I took a trip to meet up with hubby in Vegas for our mini getaway. Yes, he was working technically but given that it was a long weekend it was the perfect opportunity for us to spend time together to rejuvenate, refuel and renew our relationship. Coincidentally, a few of our friends were in town so we decided to meet up with them for dinner and see hubby’s show after.
