An Effortless Life

I try my best to live effortlessly, from getting dressed in the morning to grocery shopping.   I’m a busy full-time working mom so anything that requires too much effort and time will not fly with me.

Thanks to advanced technology, this has helped my life tremendously, especially with mobile apps.  They keep me organized and ahead of schedule.  Believe it or not, having just one less task for you to tackle really does make a difference in your life.  You can spend that extra time with your kids and husband.

I have a set of mobile apps on my phone that are strategically used for certain errands or functions to keep my priorities in check.  Out of all these apps, my favorite would have to be the Walgreens mobile app because it does almost everything for you with a press of your thumb.

We all know how convenient it is to locate the Walgreens stores but I think their award-winning Walgreens mobile app trumps that.  It’s simple.  Their app offers everything you need in one convenient place to help save time and money.  You can refill your prescriptions, order photo prints, clip coupons and access your Balance Rewards with mobile pay.

To give you a better perspective, with their Photo Print option, you can order prints of your favorite photos from your phone and social media accounts, and they’ll be ready in an hour.  You can also create photo cards, posters, canvas prints, wood panels and other personalized photo products, which many can be picked up the same day.

I love their Couponing widget because you can access the Weekly Ad, Walgreens coupons and manufacturer coupons wherever you go, this can save time and money.  Since the widget offers a variety of categories through the mobile app, you can easily search and “clip” hundreds of offers.  Once the offers are clipped they are automatically saved to your Balance Rewards card and can be seamlessly applied in-store at checkout when you use your Balance Rewards card.  If you don’t have a Balance Rewards card you can easily sign up at Walgreens.com or at the store, and it is free.

The mobile payments are fast, secure, and easy to use.  During checkout, you will be presented with the option to pay via PayPal, credit card, or your account through Apple Pay or Android Pay.

I can just do about anything with a press of a button at my desk in my office during my lunch break.  That’s precisely what I did on Monday by ordering more photos from our family vacation trip and our most recent outing to the beach.  

An hour later, I received an email confirmation from Walgreens that the photos were ready for pickup.  I picked them up on my way home from work and the checkout process was really fast too.  While at the store I realized I needed some heel liners and I was able to search for a coupon from the mobile app and saved a $1!  

This Walgreens mobile app is beyond amazing and really makes my life so much easier.

This is an app that I highly recommend if you are a very busy person but need a virtual assistant to get your job done.  So head over to Walgreens and download their app to start enjoying not just savings but also time that is too precious to lose.
