FALL OUTFIT #10

christmas partyLast week I shared what to wear to a playdate. This week, I’m sharing what to wear to a Christmas party as a host or guest, not just with one outfit but three to help you get ready for Christmas Celebration.  This is also the last installment of the What to Wear WHERE series.  I hope you have enjoyed this series as much as I have been sharing them with you.

Christmas is just days away and it’s been busy busy in this household from planning the Christmas party menu to wrapping gifts.  We host every single year and this year is no exceptions.  I’m still recovering from vertigo so I haven’t been able to move things along as fast as I’d like.  It’s okay…the party doesn’t need to be perfect.  Thanks to JD Williams I already have three Christmas party outfits that I can choose from – one less thing to stress about.

If you are busy too and not sure what to wear to a Christmas party, I have partnered with JD Williams to share some special pieces from dressy dresses to covetable cardigans to help you get ready to jingle and mingle in less than a week.

The flurry of Christmas events is fairly short lived but if you buy the right outfit it can absolutely be recycled time and time again.  Here are my favorite three outfits from JDWilliams’ current collection that will take you from a casual Christmas party to an elaborate one without any stress:

STYLING TIPS

There are no rules for what you should not wear to a Christmas party.  You are most likely encouraged to show up with an ungly Christmas sweater.  In my opinion, you can never go wrong with an LBD if you don’t want to go fashion faux pas.  Your look can easily be amped up by adding some sparkles to a simple dress.

Here are some more of my favorite pieces to choose from JD Williams

Thank you JD Williams for sponsoring this post.

  1. Obsessed with all 3 of these looks, but especially the casual wear one! I still haven’t figured out what I am wearing for Christmas! Happy Holidays. xo

  2. I have to say you look stunning in all 3 looks, but the formal look is my favorite!!!

  3. Loving the fur and leather suggestions! I’m all about adding a little bit of spice and these both do that.

  4. All these outfits are stunning but I especially love the metallic dress. SO pretty!

  5. Hi Janise. Christmas is over, I know. Still, your post was great to read. I have had so many different Xmas events last week, that I switched outfits a lot, going from casual to chic, so your blog hit home here! Thank you for sharing. I loved your what to wear where series a lot and am looking forward to another creative outlet from your side. Happy 2018! Love, Lieske
