My Love Story With Saranghae Korean Skincare

I have never heard of the benefits of Korean skincare until the BB Cream phenomenon.  It also opened my eyes to other Korean skincare products.  Although I have access to review a lot of skincare products as an influencer Korean skincare is a different beast of its own – you would have to travel to Korea to get most of these goodies.  When Saranghae (means I love you in Korean), a Korean Skincare line,  reached out to me to provide an honest review I had to jump at the chance and took their 45-day challenge.

Saranghae was founded over 20 years ago but the anti-aging, skin healing ingredients were discovered over 600 years ago. This company skillfully combines ancient traditions with modern anti-aging techniques so that people in the world can have access to.

As a skincare junkie, I am game to try any products that could give me the youthful glowing skin of a baby while aging gracefully.  I just finished using this skincare line and here’s my love story with Saranghae’s complete 5 step routine and how my sensitive skin responded to the ingredients.

Nourishing & Moisturizing Oil + Foam Cleanser with Truffle Extract and Gold

This is not your typical cleanser.  Not only does it clean my face but it also leaves my skin extremely hydrated that a creamer is not necessary after.

Deep Radiance Essence + Serum

I love the serum and the secret anti-aging ingredient lies in here that is made with 10% Phellinus Linteus (Sang Hwang) Mushroom extract, collagen, elastin among other ingredients to heal and regenerate your skin.  I always put the serum on as soon as I dry my face after the cleanser.  A couple of minutes later after letting my skin absorb the ingredients, I apply the cream below.

Firm and Lift Cellular Regeneration Cream

I apply this cream after the serum.  The cream makes my skin extremely soft, hydrated and nourished.  It also firms and lifts my skin at the same time.  This cream doesn’t contain SPF so during the day I usually put on an SPF primer on top of it before applying my makeup.

Focus Renewal Eye Cream

I don’t normally apply eye cream because of possible milia buildup on my skin.  For this review, I decided to give it a try. After the first couple weeks, I noticed my dark circles and puffiness have diminished.  I definitely did not expect that.

Elemental Essence Mask

Saranghae recommends using the mask 1-2 times per week.  If you follow me then you know I am a facial mask wh*re. I love putting on masks on the weekend – actually, the first thing in the morning.  With the Saranghae Essence Mask, I have been using it at night before bedtime. After I brush my teeth, I apply the serum and then put on the mask for 20 minutes before hitting the sack.  I love how my skin feels the next day, dewy and minimal wrinkles.

I have been using Saranghae for 45 days and although my skin is not as youthful and dewy as a baby it sure came close.  And my skin thanks me for it.  Will I buy the products?  I sure will and so should you.
