I love sharing healthy recipes with family and friends, especially when they have health and anti-aging benefits. One of these recipes can lower your bad cholesterol while boosting beautiful skin at the same time? It is called String Green Beans with Walnuts, Olive Oil, and Garlic. This is another food staples that we eat at least once a week.
String green beans are packed with B vitamins, vitamin c, lutein, beta-carotein, violaxanthin, and neoxanthin, which have been shown to have impressive antioxidant capacity and direct cardiovascular benefits. Walnuts are packed with Omega 3- fatty acids, vitamin E and B. They are also very rich source of minerals like manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zin. And selenium. Studies have shown that eating Walnuts can prevent obesity and support weight loss. It also decreases LDL cholesterol while increasing omega 3 fatty acids, which is so good for your skin. Olive oil contains polyphenols that can decrease heart diseases. I don’t need to go on an on about garlic because I think you already know its benefits! So, this recipe is full of good sh*t for your health and skin in a nut shell!
