Hope you have been enjoying the What to Wear series. I’m excited to share a look that I often wear for that chic effortless look, especially if I don’t have a lot of time.
I love wearing just all black, all white, or black and white – there’s something that is just so chic, classic and timeless about this combo. As I get older and feel more comfortable with my style I love to experiment with other options.
You can go head to toe in all black and white or if you want to give some personality to your colorless outfit you can add some colors as I did here in these pictures. Just by adding a dash of yellow color to my black and white ensemble makes this outfit fun and interesting. This not-so-boring combination is office appropriate and works for any venue.
This summer, why not pump up your on or off duty style look in a black and white ensemble and pair it with red, pink, yellow, blue, purple, or any color of shoes or bags to give more interest to your outfit. Trust me, the black and white color combo will never go out of style.

I love to wear black or white or both. The two biggest difficulties I find with these outfits is when wearing all black, making sure my top and bottom are not two different, competing shades of black or that one garment looks faded. White shirt with black pants/skirt is also very dependent on the cut of both items to prevent looking like I work for a caterer. As always, you nailed it.
